Trying to lose weight and not gain it back can be difficult and frustrating. Especially if you have lost weight before and gained it all back. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips on how to lose weight and not gain it back.
That way, after you’ve lost weight, you won’t ever have to worry about putting it back on.
The tips to losing weight and not gaining it back are:
1. Exercise at least 3 times a week. This is important. This is how you will be able to lose weight and not gain it back. The exercises you can do includes weight training, playing sports with your friends, walking, running, jogging, or riding a bike.
2. Eat healthy meals. You don’t have to go on a diet. In fact, I would advise that you don’t go on a diet. You should eat healthy, instead. This means you that you should eat foods like baked chicken, baked fish, whole wheat breads and pastas, fruits, nuts, and veggies.
3. Drink water and green tea. This is another great way for losing weight and not gaining it back. You should drink at least one cup of green tea a day. And drink 8 cups of water a day. This will help you burn body fat and flush out the bad things that are in your body.
These are some tips on how to lose weight and not gain it back. If you’re serious about losing weight, use the tips that were mentioned above. It will help you lose weight quickly and not have to worry about ever gaining it back again.
