Lose Weight, ditch all those old dieting myths

Wouldn?t you agree if you lost 10 pounds in 30 days it would boost your self esteem and make you sexy again? Too bad all diets didn?t work like this one, or else every person would be sexy.

Losing weight comes with many benefits, health, appearance, self esteem, and the way people will view you. You don?t hear construction workers whistling at a overweight person now do you. The fact of the matter is that losing weight can be either very difficult or effortless. What if there was a way to lose weight trouble-free? Would you do it? What if you could work out 20 min a day and loose 10 pounds guaranteed?

That brings me to my friend John, John has been a personal trainer in Florida for the past 5 years and he specializes in weight loss. He has helped countless people get the body they want, in reality if you want to lose weight and you live in Miami, John is the go to guy (and he has a reputation) In actuality he has even helped me lose weight just by chatting with me over the phone.

John really specializes in weight loss, and he loves it. He says ?helping people loose weight gives me satisfaction, especially as soon as I see how satisfied they are with their new bod?. One day John was revealing me how he started a new pricing configuration, no pay unless you lose the weight. I told john he was crazy, and he told me he has never lost Cash yet, I put my clients on this new diet, it works great.

Allow me tell you a little bit more about why this weight loss system is such a worthy part of Johns (remember John my personal trainer friend) weight reduction agenda. The logic is, you are still falling for all the old myths about weight loss, you know like the carb obsession, heck companies are still marketing this approach. You know the funny thing is while talking with John last night (which inspired me to do this article by the way) he told me that even he was still falling for all those old myths, yeah John the personal trainer.

So I asked John how he at last figured this out, after being a personal trainer in all, kind of a dig on my part, he goes on to tell me that the single most thing that was trained when he was getting certified was carbs, stay away, carbs will make you fat. Low carb diets are the best when integrated into a workout plan. He goes on to tell me he was awfully mystified when some of his clients were on a low carb diet, but still didn?t lose weight, so he went out in search for answers. He searched the internet high and low and started reading about the everyday weight loss myths, and you will never guess where he found this information, on a weight loss systems website. He tells me he buy?s the system and used it with one of his troubled clients and it worked, he said, ?this dude had trouble losing weight, man I thought he was sneaking off to Mc Donalds?.

I just had to laugh, it?s really fascinating listening to Johns stories, he?s a funny guy. I will leave a link so you too can check out some of these common weight loss myths that don?t work, and best of all we already know this system works, I mean come on a personal trainer uses it as part of his own weight loss program. There?s a whole list of them.

I bet there is a lot of glad people on Miami right now because of John. It seem losing weight is definitely not a easy task, especially if John isn?t around. I guess we all can?t have the luxury of living in Miami. One this is for certain, if we used Johns diet I?m sure loosing weight wouldn?t be so hard, heck he doesn?t charge his personal training clients if they don?t lose weight it has to be good.
